This is one of the best lower back pain relief products the iReliev Premium TENS + EMS Pain Relief & Recovery.

What is Tens?

The TENS is one of the lower back pain relief products I have used many times and got some really good results. The word TENS is short for “Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation.” It is a safe, drug-free method that’s non-invasive for relieving pain. TENS has been used by doctors for over 30 years.

The TENS blocks the pain signals from traveling to your brain. This is done through low voltage pulses to the skin. The results are the production of endorphins which is the body’s feel-good chemical.

What does EMS stand for?

EMS is short for “Electrical Muscle Stimulation”. It is the evoking of muscle contractions from using electrical impulses. This helps to activate the muscles for assisting in increasing endurance of strength for speeding up the recovery process.

TENS has been used for years for treating a variety of different painful conditions. TENS is a commonly used nonpharmacologic and noninvasive treatment for pain. There have been many studies proving its validity and how it does reduce mild to severe pain.

Seated InLine Inversion System

The Seated Inline Inversion System is one of the best Lower Back Pain Relief Products

I feel the Seated Inline Inversion System is an excellent tweak from a regular inversion table. t’s just a little bit different than the inversion table in that the starting position is seated. Which makes the process of getting into the inversion position you need for the decompression of your spine much easier.

By having the starting position seated, It makes inversion therapy possible for some who otherwise would not be able too. That’s why I think it’s one of the more unique lower back pain relief products.

You can work out at reversing the damage gravity has bestowed on your back. What happens is those discs in your spine are squeezed together from gravity and that causes pain, bulging discs and even more. The sole purpose of Inversion therapy is to help you decompress your spine.

If you were to use a regular inversion table your starting position would be your legs out straight nearly standing up.   When you use the Seated Inline Inversion System its an easier process when you start in a seated position. At least I thought so when I tried it and I overall really like the Seated Inline Inversion System. But I am not the only one there are many positive reviews from people who have purchased it.

This is the starting posting by being in more of a seated position.

Next, you simply snap the ankle pads and seat belt in place nice and snug.

Then slowly lean back.

This image shows being fully inverted with the Seated InLine Inversion System.

While you lean back, the chair will automatically convert to a flat table. Once you are inverted, gravity and combined with your own bodyweight will gently stretch your back.

This is when the good stuff happens.

First of all, your back may pop and crack but that’s nothing to be worried about. I know it happens to me every time and I love how it feels.

The space between the compacted vertebrae will increase. The pressure on your spinal discs gets some relief. Any herniated and bulging discs will begin to heal. Sometimes they can even slip back into their normal position.

Inversion with a Bulging Disc?

When you are inverted, the natural gravitational pull allows for the separation of your vertebrae. This reduces the pressure on your discs in between each one of your vertebrae.

The decompression action of increasing the space in the margins between your vertebrae can create some suction in the disc. This may help by lightly nudging a bulging disc to return to its proper place. The distinguishing benefits are increased circulation and waste elimination to injured discs.

There are several medical professionals who have performed clinical studies on Spinal Decompression. They concluded that intermittent traction/decompression is one of the best ways to help your body naturally dematerialize a bulging disc.

Keep in mind, that the healing time will vary from person to person. However, according to the people from Seated Inline Inversion System from their experience that you should invert three or more times every day in short sessions.

Use the angle that is most comfortable for you. Make sure you do not over-do-it. This is meant to be a gradual process by working your way up to full inversion.
